Discover Copenhagen's fascinating design details and learn the history, ideas and inspiration behind them, in a small group of max. 6 participants. We will look at and talk about Copenhagen's characteristic designs, buildings unique decoration, thoughtful designs, beautiful colours and the special layout and paving of the squares and roads of this beautiful capital. Furthermore you will be given an insight into the design initiatives Copenhagen is putting in place to tackle the climate crisis and the health of its citizens. We will explore the expectations of your trip and your particular interests to then go ahead to different parts of the city and explore it, capturing unforgettable moments as we chat about the nordic culture. I won't force you to pose but I will rather be with you to capture natural and candid shots. At some places we will focus a little more on capturing you and your group and I will of course direct the shots to get your best you! We can also grab some beer, an ice cream or a snack and celebrate your trip. You will get between 20-40 professionally and high quality edited photos of your experience within 48-96 hours via Pixieset. This is a private experience, I will be photographing you and your companions alone! This experience is set for one or two people if you book one guest, but if you are a group of three or more you can book the group option (it will say it is one guest but it includes your companions). You will meet up with your guide and the rest of the group at a central meeting point. After an initial welcome, all guests will be paired with their own easy-to-handle bicycle. After a few safety instructions you will ride on to your first food stop on the tour. Here, you will start off by having an award-winning hot dog in true Danish fashion. You can enjoy riding on some of the best urban bike lanes of the world, while riding on to your next stop. Next, you will visit one of the best food markets the city has to offer, where you will try a traditional Danish fish-meatball, as well as a locally brewed beer. This is then followed by a delicious Danish chocolate dessert called Flødebolle. Your guide will entertain with some storytelling while you enjoy your tastings. Your group will continue to a restaurant that serves some delicious Danish Smørrebrød, which are open faced sandwiches made with the freshest ingredients you can find. Finally, the group will try some freshly-made Danish pastries as a dessert to conclude the tour.

Seasonal variations will be offered, for example, we Can bake ginger bread and Saffron buns closer to Christmas and during the year there are some other variations. Cinnamon and Cardamon buns are the base. I will introduce you into the whole process of making supergood buns and to conclude we take a coffee or Thea and eat some of what we have made. We focus on creating art in an easy-going atmosphere that's welcoming to everyone, never mind their previous background in croquis drawing. Each time we have a new location & theme. 3 hours sailing trip at Tallinn bay. Explore Tallinn coastline and have a wonderful time on the water with a safe and comfortable yacht. With a good weather it’s possible to go to swimming. It’s a perfect way to get to know Tallinn from the side.

You will have a warm welcome with snack & drink at our sweet Norwegian home. After that we will start to make our cooking dishes which is served with stream Rice or single dish (depend on daily menu) During the class, you will be introduced to Thai exotic ingredients, including vegetables, spices, herbs and storytelling of your cooking dishes. You will learn all secrets and techniques how to cook Thai cuisine in local and authentic way. After the food is done, we will enjoy our completed dishes together or either you can take away home. Perfect getaway from a daily routine. Sailing to a Naissaar island from Tallinn takes 2 hours one way (and 2 hours back). You will have 4 hours to discover the island. We can arrange a guided tour on the truck. You can ride with a train on the island. You will have time to go to swimming on the remote beautiful beaches. The price is 950€ per trip. Doesn't matter the size of the group. Max 10 people.

We sail on an emission-free boat trip along the Puddefjord around Nordnes, to Skuteviken and into Vågen to Bryggen and Fisketorget. We sail silently with electric propulsion, and get to sail close to large cruise ships, offshore vessels, historic places, bathers on Nordnes, buildings and nature along the sea side. We also sail close to the houses at Skuteviksbryggen, which is possibly Bergen's oldest preserved pier. Sailings can also be booked early in the morning or late at night, which is also a good tip for a very nice and special experience.

Make your visit to Stockholm unforgettable. Book a private photoshoot in the city center of Stockholm. As a professional photographer, I will capture you in a natural and relaxed way. We will walk and shoot in and around the beautiful area of Gamla Stan and Riddarholmen/Stadshuset (depending on the time and lighting). You will go home with the best souvenir from your trip to Stockholm! This experience has a duration of approximately 1 hour in total. Within a week after the experience, you will receive a beautiful selection of photos. You will receive the selection of photos in high resolution and of course, the photos are edited with a lot of care and love from my side. Per shoot you will receive in total between 30-40 jpg photos. My photography style can be best described as authentic, natural and pure. -First we try out the kayak you will use. And we go over safety. -The kayaks are sea kayaks. -Then I will show on a map where we will go and tell you a bit about the route. -Depending if you have never kayaked before or not, will determine the distance. -Then we kayak. -It is ok to take photos during the kayak tour.

Do you know the taste of a fresh butter baked Danish pastry? A professional pastry chef with many years of experience will guide you through the different baking techniques and tips including kneading, rolling and folding the dough with butter. We will make a selection of traditional and delicious Danish pastries (Wienerbrød). The course will have a break with coffee/tea where you can try some of your Danish pastries and exchange your cultural/baking experiences. You can bring the rest of them home to share with your family. You work in stations of 2 so if you book this alone, please be aware that you will be paired with another baking enthusiast. But this is also a great chance to meet new people. Recipes: Very detailed recipes will be sent to your email after the class, so it is important that you leave your email-address. This also means that you can concentrate on the baking part and take great pictures of your lovely pastries. Children: From 11 years old are welcome in the class if with a paying adult. From the age of 13 years, a child can participate alone - but please contact me before booking so that I can confirm. I only accept paying participants in the kitchen.
